“Golf is the game of a lifetime and juniors are the future
of the game.”
2008 Junior Golf Program

More than 200 youngsters learn the ins and outs of the game in this award winning
program each summer. Once a week for eight weeks starting in June, youngsters from
ages 4 to 17 gather for the club’s annual junior camp. Golfers start the day by attending
clinics for their age groups on the golf range first. Then they are divided into groups
based on their different skill levels and they set out to play one, three, six, nine or 18
holes. Playing every week allows them to follow through on what they have learned on
the range.
At the end of camp, championship events are held for each group. At a final awards
banquet, trophies and honors are presented.
Registration begins in May and is generally priced at $180 per non-member child (wait-
listing for non-members required), and $80 for a member child (slots guaranteed).
